Hi Anne\nI just want to say even though I come from a psychology background I was initially so sceptical of life coaching. I expected a surface level discussion about what I wanted to do with my life.<\/p>\n

But the questions you asked led me to dig deeper and really draw out who I am and allowed me to re-discover the \u2018me\u2019 that\u2019s been hiding behind all these insecurities and facades.\nIt felt so self-indulgent to devote that hour to discovering myself and my true purpose<\/strong>. Something I think everyone should do in order to have a more content and fulfilling life.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know how to thank you for this gift you\u2019ve given me. The questions you chose to ask and the fact that you managed to draw out all these aspects of my persona are a true testament of your brilliance as a life coach. The most benefit I have got from the coaching is the purpose of life. I had the same question when I was in university and I couldn\u2019t find the answer. Now, I have got the answer but it\u2019s not a simple one. The apple tree story was very useful and inspiring to me. It has changed my way of thinking! It pointed out the correct way of thinking and finding out the solution. In the past, I always believe there is an answer out there, but actually the answer is myself and I need to get to know myself and find out that unique answer.<\/p>\n

Another benefit was the courage from you and your coaching session. As you know, sometimes, life is full of fear especially when you considering making a big decision such as career change. Before talking with you, I didn\u2019t know the possibility of career change for an accountant was common and I wasn\u2019t sure if I would change my career even though I felt accounting wasn\u2019t really my thing.<\/p>\n

Since I didn\u2019t know what career change meant to me and how it was going to impact my life, I chose to work in as an account payable clerk purely because I am an accounting graduate. I never thought of any possibility other than accounting industry. I also didn\u2019t know the importance of aptitude and personality in career choosing. You have given me the confidence to make the change and reconsider my future.<\/p>\n

It has also helped me in understanding how to interact with people with different personalities.<\/p>\n

For example, recently at work, a manager has criticized the process for payroll, even though I didn\u2019t design the process, I still took it personally. But instead of feeling hurt, I told myself this was the habitual pattern of my personality, and was able to take myself out of it and not got too emotional as I used to be.<\/p>\n\n
